Cheyenne begged her mom for a full size chalkboard installation in her room. She would sit and teach rows of stuffed animals handwriting and addition. She spent her high school years in the elementary school classroom in her dream to become an educator. She went on to college and finished her dual degree in both early childhood and elementary education. She taught for several years before staying home with her first born. While her time at home as a new mom was rewarding, she needed something more. Calligraphy and lettering filled her spare time and her small creative business kicked off. 8 years later of doing calligraphy commissions, events and homeschooling her children, Cheyenne saw the need for proper cursive instruction. She became certified to teach American Cursive and is on a mission to inspire the next generation to value their penmanship and keep cursive alive.
